| It seems that most of the people that I know are getting jobs. I feel like taking up one now-since I really have nothing better to do i.e. boh liao- but I feel too lazy now to take on any responsibilities, so yeah, I think I can strike that out now.
haha! Sorry- this was a spur of the moment thing, i.e. if lost the mood to write i.e. i'll stop here. BTW- i.e.= id est= ergo=therefore. :P

| I've got to say that life after O-Levels is indeed delightful. Imagine waking up in the morning and realising that you do not need to worry about your O-Level papers in the afternoon. Ah, 'twas but a week ago that I slogged(ahem!) for SS. How quickly time passes.
It seems that in this holidays, I've been compelled to spend, spend and spend. Well since there's no more blessed industrialization to care about (thank goodness at that!), I've been buying Maria Callas' cds. Found lots of gems, especially during her pre-weightloss. WOW! Her Lucia still blows me away.
Anyways. Still can't wait for December! Dubai, Dubai!!!!
I've yet to sembahyang tahajjud. Insyallah, in time to come maybe? I've this long list that I've yet to start, thanks to this computer!

| Went out to catch a movie (The Game Plan) today at Vivocity.
The movie was funny, yes, in certain ways- Dwayne Johnson was absolutely funny as The 'King'. The plot and actions were a little predictable, but what the heck, since it was a hit in the US, I thought I'd give it a go. You never know, there may be a few gems- and what gems! The ballet instructor, Monique, I think- Ay nina! Was she hot or what! She looked like a mix between Sandra Bullock and Eva Longoria. Hawt stuffs.
Finally went to HMV. Boy, do they have a whole collection of operas there. Bought the Essential Callas series- cheap cheap- and what a gem! Most of the recordings are live. Again, her Lucia during the 'Il dolce suono..Ardon gli'incese' was SPECTACULAR, GENIAL! Too bad her voice was not as agile as Bubbles' or Dame Sutherland's. But they don't exactly call he La Divina for nothing, you know.
I'm addicted to opera. What can I say- it's a form of escapism for me.
Anyways. Going to Vivocity was a very lame idea. All I could do was to watch and not even window-shop! The stuffs there were uber-expensive, made me so paiseh to enter the shop. Ah. What to do. Shop at TM instead lah!
